You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and baking sheet - along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is ready for outdoor meals, and the dining table gives everyone a place to gather.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, both well-stocked with the essentials. You'll find a bathtub, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - everything you need without having to think about it. Towels and bed linens are provided.

Family features
Families are genuinely well catered for here. A dedicated playroom with children's books and toys gives younger guests their own space, and the home also includes a high chair, children's dinnerware, a changing table, a baby monitor, and board games. The newly landscaped garden is fully enclosed with a fence and a child-safe gate - a secure, enjoyable outdoor space for children to move freely while adults relax at the garden seating area.

Laundry & practicalities
A separate laundry room with both a washer and dryer makes longer stays easy to manage. The home has a private entrance, self check-in via lockbox, and is professionally cleaned before every arrival. Two bicycles are available for guests, and free parking is provided directly in front of the house - including an EV charger for electric vehicles. Long-term stays are welcomed.
