Living space
Step inside and you'll find a fully furnished apartment designed with both relaxation and sociability in mind. The living area is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating that makes it easy to settle in after a day out. Room-darkening shades, a TV, and dedicated workspace mean the space works equally well for unwinding or staying productive. A washer and dryer are also available, a practical touch for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds - a setup that works well for families, two couples, or a group of friends travelling together.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home when you want to. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - alongside dishes and silverware. Whether it's a quick breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner in, the kitchen is ready for it.

Bathroom
The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual sinks, and comes stocked with the essentials - towels, bed linens, soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

Outdoor space
Two terraces set this apartment apart. One looks out over the marina - a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with the water in view. The second offers a quieter courtyard outlook, ideal for a more peaceful moment away from the bustle. The building is also listed as waterfront, right next to the water's edge.

Location
The apartment's position in Ostend is one of its strongest assets. The train station, marina, main shopping street, and a wide range of restaurants are all within easy walking distance, so you can explore the city without needing a car. Free parking on premises is available if you do drive. The building has an elevator, and self check-in via lockbox makes arrival straightforward. Long-term stays are welcome.
