Step into a quietly confident apartment where Ghent's medieval soul meets everyday ease. Two private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give every guest a corner to call their own. The living room opens onto a terrace - a spot for morning coffee as the city stirs, or a glass of wine as the evening light settles over the rooftops. Outside, cobblestone lanes, weekend markets, and a dense constellation of restaurants begin the moment you step through the front door.

Living space
The living room is filled with natural light from large windows and flows directly onto the terrace, where outdoor furniture invites you to slow down. A city skyline view stretches beyond the railing - understated, but genuinely pleasant. A TV rounds out the space for quieter evenings in, and a dedicated workspace means the apartment works just as well for a working trip as a leisure one.

Sleeping arrangements
The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed; the second has a single bed, making the layout a natural fit for a small family or three travelling companions. Both rooms have room-darkening shades and clothing storage, and each connects directly to its own private bathroom. Families with young children will find a travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, and window guards already in place - nothing to source or request on arrival.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are all here, along with cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, and a dining table. Coffee is provided. For nights when you'd rather let someone else cook, the surrounding streets offer an easy and varied selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Bathroom
Both ensuite bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and toilet paper are included throughout the apartment.

Laundry & practicalities
A washer and dryer are available in the apartment, alongside hangers and essentials. The building has an elevator, a free parking garage on the premises, and a private entrance. Self check-in via lockbox means your arrival is entirely on your own schedule. Air conditioning and heating cover the full range of Belgian seasons, and the apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and noise decibel monitors. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Location
The apartment sits in the centre of Ghent, with the city's historic streets, markets, and waterways accessible on foot. Ghent rewards exploration - its compact medieval core means most of what you'd want to see is within easy walking distance.
