Two bedrooms dressed with king-size beds, Rituals bathroom essentials waiting on the shelf, and the quiet of De Haan's waterfront just outside - this second-floor apartment is the kind of place that feels genuinely considered, not just furnished. The vintage-meets-design interior gives it a warmth that generic holiday flats rarely achieve, and with everything brand new, you arrive to a space that's as fresh as it is characterful.

Living space
The open-plan living and dining area is arranged for ease and comfort. A sitting area invites you to slow down, while the dining table seats all four guests comfortably. The blend of design and vintage décor runs throughout - warm tones, curated pieces, and a sense of care in every corner. Room-darkening shades keep mornings on your terms, and a TV and sound system are on hand for evenings in.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped open kitchen sits naturally within the living space, making it easy to prepare meals without feeling cut off from the room. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses round out what you need for relaxed mornings and unhurried evenings.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, hotel-quality linens, and extra pillows and blankets. Beds are professionally made ahead of your arrival. Clothing storage and hangers are provided in each room.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and is stocked with Rituals products - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and hand soap. Soft bath towels (one large, one small per person) and a bathmat are included.

Practical extras
The apartment has a dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi, making it a comfortable base if you need to stay connected. A crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, and window guards are available for families travelling with young children - babysitter recommendations can also be arranged. A lockbox enables flexible self check-in, and the building has an elevator for easy access to the second floor.

Location
De Haan is one of Belgium's most peaceful coastal towns, and the apartment sits right on the waterfront. The building has a private entrance, free on-premises parking, and free street parking nearby. Whether you're exploring the promenade, cycling through the dunes, or simply taking in the winter North Sea air, this is a quiet and well-placed base for it all.
