The North Sea has a pull here - salty air drifting through open terrace doors, the rhythm of waves just a hundred metres from your front door. This two-bedroom apartment in Nieuwpoort puts the Belgian coast within easy reach, whether you're here for long beach walks, fresh seafood lunches in town, or simply to slow down with good company.

Living space
The apartment is bright and generously proportioned, with natural light filling the main living area throughout the day. Large windows bring the outside in, and the layout gives everyone room to spread out - whether that's settling onto the sofa after a morning on the sand or gathering around the dining table at the end of the day. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests, with an additional sleeping arrangement for a baby. Room-darkening shades in the bedrooms make it easy to rest well, no matter the time of year. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Dishes and silverware are included. No need to eat out every night unless you want to.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a hair dryer, shampoo, and hot water. Towels and soap are provided as part of the essentials.

Terraces
One of the apartment's standout features is its two terraces. The front terrace faces the street, giving you a front-row seat to the comings and goings of Nieuwpoort's town life - ideal for a morning coffee with something to watch. The rear terrace is quieter, a calm spot to unwind away from the street. Having both means you can choose your mood.

Practical details
The building has an elevator. Self check-in is available via lockbox. Paid parking is available off premises. Heating keeps things comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi and a dryer are also included. The apartment does not have air conditioning, a washer, or a private entrance.

Location
Nieuwpoort sits on the Flemish coast where the IJzer river meets the North Sea. The beach is 100 metres away - close enough that a quick dip or a long evening walk is always on the cards. The town itself has shops, cafes, and local life in easy walking distance.

Pets
This is a pet-friendly home. Your four-legged companions are welcome.
