Step out onto your private rooftop terrace and take in the sweep of Ostend's skyline - salt air, city lights, and the kind of quiet that only a top floor can offer. From inside, the living room frames the North Sea directly above the rooftops, a view that shifts with every hour of the day. This penthouse sits at the intersection of coast and city, giving you the beach at your feet and the town center right at your door.

Living space
The living area is bright and open, designed around the panoramic sea view that fills the windows. It doubles as a flexible second sleeping space, with a sofa bed that can accommodate additional guests. Sliding doors connect the living room to the bedroom, giving everyone the option of privacy without the space feeling divided. The layout is clean and comfortable, with room to breathe after a day out along the coast.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a double bed and sits behind the sliding doors for a quieter, more private rest. The sofa bed in the living room extends the space for up to four guests in total.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. You will find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hot water kettle, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Whether you are putting together a simple breakfast before the beach or cooking a proper evening meal, everything you need is on hand.

Bathroom
The bathroom is fitted with the essentials - hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, and toiletries. Towels, bed linens, and soap are all provided.

Terrace
The large terrace to the rear of the penthouse is one of the property's standout features. Seating for six makes it a natural spot for evening meals, a glass of wine after a day out, or simply watching the city settle into night. The city skyline stretches out in front of you - a different perspective from the sea view inside, and equally worth lingering over.

Practical extras
The building has an elevator. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for guests who need to stay connected or work remotely. A pocket Wi-Fi device is also included. Self check-in is available via lockbox, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Children's books and toys are on hand for younger guests. Paid parking is available off premises.

Location
Ostend is one of Belgium's best-known seaside destinations, and this penthouse places you right in the middle of it. The beach is a short walk away, the town center with its restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions is close by, and everyday essentials are within easy reach. It is a base that works equally well for a long weekend by the sea or an extended stay exploring the Belgian coast.
