Step out onto your private terrace and take in the calm of the Ghent waterfront - the kind of stillness that makes you want to linger over a morning coffee before deciding what the day holds. This apartment sits in the quiet Oslostraat neighbourhood, close enough to the city's medieval centre to feel connected, and far enough from the bustle to feel like a genuine retreat. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous living space, it works equally well for two couples or a small family.

Living space
The living area is filled with natural light throughout the day, creating an easy, open atmosphere that makes the apartment feel larger than its footprint. A dedicated workspace means those who need to catch up on work between sightseeing have somewhere proper to sit. The TV is there for quieter evenings in, and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms mean you can sleep in without the early Belgian sunrise deciding otherwise. Extra pillows, blankets, and clothing storage are included, so you can settle in properly.

Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are comfortable and thoughtfully set up, each with its own adjoining bathroom - a genuine convenience when travelling with another couple or with children. Bed linen and towels are provided by Casiola, so there is nothing to pack or worry about on that front.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for proper home cooking - you will find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses, along with all the cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper already stocked. Children's dinnerware is available for families travelling with little ones. When the weather is good, the terrace extends your dining options outdoors, with outdoor furniture set up for alfresco meals or a relaxed evening drink facing the water.

Bathrooms
Each bedroom connects to its own private bathroom, both supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Hot water is reliable, and the essentials - soap and toilet paper - are fully stocked on arrival.

Outdoor space
The terrace is one of the apartment's strongest assets. Sun loungers and outdoor seating make it a comfortable spot from morning through to evening, with waterfront views that give a sense of space that is rare in a city apartment. As autumn settles in, it is a pleasant place to sit wrapped up with something warm, watching the light change over the water.

Location
The apartment sits in Oslostraat, a neighbourhood with a friendly, residential character - picturesque streets, local shops, and markets within easy reach. Ghent's historic city centre is accessible by a short bus ride or a pleasant walk. The area around the waterfront has a range of dining options, from relaxed cafes to restaurants serving traditional Belgian food. Bicycle storage is available within the building for guests who prefer to explore on two wheels.

The apartment is self check-in via lockbox, with a private entrance and lift access in the building. Paid parking is available off the premises. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
