Whether you're gathering around the dining table watching boats drift below, or stepping out onto the balcony as the evening light settles over the water, this is a home that earns its views. With the beach a 10-minute walk away, the main shopping street just around the corner, and the train station close by, you're as well-placed as it gets in Belgium's most beloved seaside resort.

Living space
The open, airy living area is anchored by a large sofa and a SmartTV - perfect for unwinding after a day out. The dining area sits with a direct line of sight over the marina, making even a quiet breakfast feel like an occasion. Natural light fills the apartment throughout the day, and room-darkening shades let you sleep in when you've earned it.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or put together a quick meal between outings - refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, toaster, cooking basics, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning ritual. Dishes, silverware, pots, and pans are all provided.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 5 beds. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a double bed with a single bunk, and the third has two single beds - a practical layout for families or small groups who want their own space. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided.

Bathroom
One shared bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, and shampoo. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included.

For families
The apartment is well set up for younger guests, with a pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and children's books and toys available on-site. A washer is also in the apartment for longer stays.

Location
Ostend sits right on the North Sea coast and has a character all its own - a working marina, a long sandy beach, a lively shopping strip, and a food scene that leans heavily into fresh seafood. From the 7th floor, the marina is more than a backdrop; it's a constant reminder of where you are. The building has elevator access and is waterfront, with paid parking available off premises. Self check-in is via lockbox. Long-term stays are welcome.

A note for your stay: to keep the building comfortable for everyone, quiet hours are observed and feeding seagulls is discouraged.
