Step into a duplex studio that rises above the rooftops of one of Belgium's most captivating medieval cities. Perched on the second floor, this thoughtfully renovated space draws in the energy of Ghent through its large windows - along with sweeping city skyline views that make even a quiet morning coffee feel special. Designed for two, it offers the kind of calm, intimate atmosphere that turns a city break into something you actually remember.

Living space
The open layout makes the most of every square metre. Large windows flood the studio with natural light, framing the city outside while keeping the interior bright and welcoming. A dedicated workspace means you can shift between sightseeing days and focused work sessions without missing a beat. The TV and WiFi round out the in-home comfort, and the duplex arrangement lends the space a sense of depth and character you won't find in a standard studio.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and set up for genuine self-catering. You'll find a stove, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - alongside dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table gives you a proper place to sit down, and complimentary coffee is provided for your first brew of the day.

Sleeping arrangements
A comfortable double bed sits upstairs in the duplex portion of the studio, offering a sense of separation from the living and kitchen area below. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and clothing storage are all provided, so you can arrive and settle in without a second thought.

Bathroom
The bathroom is a highlight in its own right - spacious and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower and a full set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Hot water is consistent throughout.

Location
The studio sits in the heart of Ghent's city centre, which means you're within easy reach of the neighbourhood's restaurants, bars, and independent shops. On Sundays, the Bloemenmarkt at the Kouter - one of Ghent's most beloved weekly markets - is just a short walk away. Breakfast spots are close by for an easy start to the day, and the wider city is yours to explore on foot from the front door. Paid parking is available off the premises if you're arriving by car.

Good to know
The studio is self check-in via lockbox. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Cleaning is available during your stay. Please note there is no smoke alarm on the property, no private entrance, no washing machine, and no air conditioning.
